Pros

Really good pay, especially if you are an overtime hog. You'll learn alot there. Especially with Rockwell PLC programming and instrumentation.

Cons

It gets boring sometimes because a lot of our work is contracted out. Just line calls and work orders. Stay as far away from the HR and management offices as possible. They are not your friend. Pretend like they dont exist and just do your job and keep your head down.

Some cool people. Starbucks in the office. Nice place to sit for lunch with buddies.

Cons

Morale is at an all time low. There are no raises or promotions. You’ll be told to “just wait” for months on end. No one is happy. Everyone is on edge. Company culture is next to nothing at the moment.
