      Use GAI as a stepping stone

      Pros

      Great learning experience to help you prepare for roles where you deal with difficulties, and poor management.

      Cons

      GAI is trying to compete with larger companies. They bring in new grad engineers, refuse to train them, and then consistently blame poor performance on employees, dumping work on senior engineering staff is not a viable business model. Lost incentives to join GAI- as the ESOP was bought out. Very poor benefits.

      GAI is a company that cares about you as a person as well as your career. Super laid back and open to teaching. Flexible with time and resources.
