Cons

The absolute worst company that I’ve ever worked for in my entire career & that’s saying something. They don’t care about their employees, only the bottom line. Work production requirements/billable rate is 95% which is ridiculous. They expect new hires to be as knowledgeable as someone that’s been there over a decade. Training is completely inadequate & supervisors are basically clueless how to manage people & projects. You’re treated like a number & not an actual employee. Management doesn’t care that supervisors are clueless because they just move on to the next new hire. HR is also incompetent & clueless. 401k match is below average & salary is also below industry average. There isn't enough money in the world to get me to work there again.

Pros

-Everybody is friendly and open to questions, very easy to work with -Great place for first job with many new hires in the same stage of learning -You work on variety of projects and see many different scenarios in a quick amount of time -Roles are well defined. Drafters provide great support to the engineers and are great to work with.

Cons

-Bosses seemed stressed and emotions would trickle into the general meetings, leaving everybody feeling uneasy. They are great people outside of work, just felt like they are overwhelmed and sometimes directed it towards employees -Stagnant salary. Raises based off what your billable rate is. When brought up annual raise, was told "we're already paying you more then we really should" so started looking elsewhere. -Most business comes from one client. If their work dries up, so does GAI's. -Management would compare the workload here to their previous employers, saying "at least we aren't like them". Give me a break! Awful way to motivate
