Pros
Great benefits with an improving culture and business processes. The company is growing and filling in gaps, which is an improvement. It's a great place if you're a self-starter and eager to learn new things. The other colleagues are generally nice to work with, and fun to attend outings with. Before COVID there were annual trips to NBA & MLB games, happy hours, etc.
Cons
There is no real onboarding or project management, though I think those are both in process of being implemented. The project team needs to grow substantially to keep up with client needs. There are a lot of customizations in the software, which is great for the clients, but can be stressful for the analysts & consultants. A bigger team and less customizations will help a lot I think.
