+Great office culture--everyone gets along well +Daily barista service and scones from local coffee shop +Opportunities for growth +Ability to self-manage time +Nap/meditation room! +Plenty of company outings and happy hours

Pros

- Very reasonable work/life balance - Opportunities to travel/interact with clients from an early stage - No hurdles to jump through when seeking help/ speaking with upper management - Work includes a variety of tasks ranging from programming and other technical requirements to project management and building client relationships. I think this company has done a great job over the last year of turning the culture around. Including from more scheduled out-of-office activities like happy hours, bringing in a local coffee shop barista to brew morning joe, and generally people being more positive around the office.

Cons

- It can be a bit daunting starting off, and there is not a formal training program which can leave you at a loss for things to do initially. - It's a complex piece of software and getting to the bottom of bugs/questions can be tough sometimes -(Mixed) Sometimes assigned tasks can be a bit vague. This allows for opportunity to think through the need and solution, but can lead to mixed signals and wasted effort if there is miscommunication.

-The coworkers: you will form a great bond due to the working environment -The work hours are usually 40 hours a week -Get exposure to everyone in the company because of size

-Management: management's attitude and style -Very reactive to issues and problems -Days were spent fixing avoidable issues or trying to fulfill promises that were made without your consent
