Pros

Great training program and personal development.

Cons

Self deifying co-owner, lack of upward mobility, run like a "good old boys club." Compensation plan is not explained clearly until the first day.

Pros

The company has five gym machines in the back room. But it's in a musty stockroom, and you don't really feel like staying there after work anyway. There is a Starbucks down the street. Some of your coworkers will have a sense of humour. The rest are just empty people. Again, there is a Starbucks down the street. That's excellent.

Cons

This company has no integrity, values, or investment in the long-term growth and sustainability of its employees. The first review that says how great the job is. That was either written by management, or one of the brain-washed people who work there and have nothing else in their life. If you have any self-respect, steer clear of this company. They don't care about you at all. They will cleverly fill you up with self-help b.s. to make it look like you actually mean something to them. Don't be fooled. If you don't believe me, and don't value your time at all, then by all means apply and see for yourself. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Pros

We are given great sales training that is second to none that actually trains you how to sell and do it well. We have a great team of people where everyone wants to see you succeed. We are treated like business partners, not like employees. We are a small, very successful company with a great work environment and our customers love us!

Cons

Negative people tend not to do well here.
