Pros
As an employee I felt supported by the management team and always set up for success. The ongoing training was truly aimed at both professional development and the training was aligned with company goals. Metrics were shared with employees and communication amongst the sales teams and management were fluid and on going. The CEO is a fantastic woman with vision who always impressed upon employees to consistently improve standards, whether it be with sales, customer service, and to provide feedback to management and sales teams such that the organization could improve. The CEO and management team served as fine examples for employees and were always willing to help with issues and provide feedback on goals and achievement. Personally I felt empowered after training sessions and super motivated. I learned how to set goals and have daily strategies aimed at achieving them-this is a skill that I will hold onto throughout my career.
