      Pros

      I've experience a lot of career advancements in the several years I've worked at GCC. They offer an excellent benefit package that includes a 401 k match and health insurance. GCC is also very community driven and has an amazing Community Involvement Program that gives employees a platform for volunteering opportunities.

      Cons

      The job can be stressful and demanding at times. Some in management don't just do "one" job and can fill many different roles.

      Pros

      Benefit package, pay, flexibility (when allowed by the client). Best decision I could have made as a single parent was to take this job. You are recognized when you work hard. I plan on being here as long as I can, I feel appreciated. Can't say enough good things about my supervisor. The company is committed to community involvement. The leave package is generous and although you aren't forwarded leave up front, this is standard with companies across the board. They do let you take LWOP if personal issues come about in the beginning, and from personal experience GCC is very understanding about that.

      Cons

      Some management styles could be improved to better understand employees needs once hired.

      Pros

      Flex-time (by contract) vacation time accrual competitive pay great benefits 401(k) matching profit sharing Family environment Weekends off

      Cons

      Once you are on a contract, you are basically stuck there until the contract ends. Not much room for advancement. Job uncertainty when contracts end. Upper Management is very reactive, not proactive. Knee jerk reactions before knowing the entire story.
