Great experience for college students wanting to get a taste of manufacturing.

Pros

Great group of engineers to work with. Co-ops are compensated for over-time and treated as full-time salaried engineers and given challenging tasks.

Cons

Very fast paced environment. With the role of a manufacturing engineer comes the required work during non-operating hours (weekends & holidays).
