- International environment and positive company culture - Great deal of development opportunity and trainings - Tech availability(local)

Cons

- Some unreasonable outsourcing of operations and IT support - Less of process synergy between departments

Pros

- flexible time - awards - training opportunities (professional & language) - home office - multicultural - career opportunities (but it's easier if you are coming from the outside). Personally I got screwed by my own manager.

Cons

- strict deadlines at qaurter ends (even if it DEC 31.-JAN 1 you will have to work in the Finance department) - working with incompatible peaple a lot of times - salary: not high and definetely not provided based on your achievements - managers have no clue about the work you are performing, maybe only the Team Leaders (only in just a few cases)
