Great work/life balance for FTE Pay is decent Bonuses are decent

Cons

Every layer of management is part of the "good ol' boy" club.... You'll never get a promotion unless you're in with the club. They make it virtually impossible to go from IC to a PL role unless you're hired in for a PL position... Communication about things that affect regular employees is trash. "Business as usual" to death... Literally... Its killed the company. Healthcare benefits are sub par.

Base Salary competitive Bonus and options available as retention Unlimited PTO

Cons

Hard to achieve goals, as they are unrealistic. Bonus was with held due downturn market. Always on call...so unlimited PTO is not realistic.
