Horrible work culture at the Grain Valley Campus 1. Every employee only care for themselves. If a new employee ask for assistance or guidance, the more senior employee will not help, citing direct orders from the Manager to do so. When confronted, all the Team Lead or the Manager say is "Shut up and get your job done, else we'll get someone else to do your job". 2. Back-stabbing is a norm and is accepted by management. 3. No team spirit within the GETS work groups. Incompetent Management at the Grain Valley Campus 1. Managers will not come down to the field to talk and encourage employees. 2. Favoritism is rampant. It's about how you butter-up to your manager. 3. Team leads will throw any team member 'under-the-bus' just to save their own jobs. 4. Ridiculous expectations. Everything should have been done 'yesterday'.
