Good pay starting out, Meet some good people

Cons

You do not receive many vacation days or personal days. For higher salary positions, they almost have someone else in mind, so even if you are overqualified with a degree, You will be overlooked and not get the job because they already had someone picked out from the get go. Very toxic work environment. From the top of the management to the people working out on the floor.
