Unlimited Permissive time off - as long as job is done and direct manager is good with it, you can take off whenever needed. Very flexible . Ease of ability to move within company… varied ways to get into new areas

Cons

Currently business going through transition and the Power business will split into a separate company in 2024. Lots of unknowns which creates constant change in priorities from high level that trickle down … Raises have been minimal
