* Too many layers of management. Becomes a big issue when trying to procure new hardware and software for development. Requires multiple people signing off on things. Takes a long time to get it done.
* IT support is overseas and they tend to message you after hours requiring email tag. They are quick to close tickets if you fail to respond to a message after hours as they are paid per ticket closure.
* Outdated IT infrastructure at the York location. Efforts are on-going to modernize it, but still on-going.
* IT security can be overkill. Developers are unable to install software that helps us get our work done. Requires a lot of work with managers and IT to get it installed.
* Outdated building in dire need of a renovation. 1990s era cubicles, 1960s era bathrooms, developers are working practically near a basement.
