GEI offers several opportunities to develop and grow an entrepreneurial mindset with learning and development programs such as Building Blocks, Learning Paths and our Leadership Development Program (LDP). These programs help foster and develop the skills and confidence to become a great consultant. Our expansion into a various geographies and service lines is both organic and strategic. This gives us varied opportunities to design, build and support safe environments in the communities in which we live and work and provides valuable on-the-job experiences for our staff. Thanks for providing feedback on our hybrid work environment, our flexibility with schedules enables GEI to focus on cultivating a culture where employees are empowered to take ownership of their own career and schedules. We seek to provide a well-rounded Total Rewards program that includes compensation, retirement plan contributions, paid parental and paid caregiver leave, paid time off, medical, dental, vision and wellness benefits. We regularly benchmark our Total Rewards package and find that we are competitive, and in some instances ahead of our industry. We provide staff with annual Total Rewards statements to see what the total investment is in each of our employees.
