Pros

The benefits. Bonuses started great

Cons

MICROMANAGEMENT! When I started I took a pay cut but felt it was worth it because of the great benefits provided. Those benefits and bonuses are not the same. There is always a change in policy it procedure in the company. Opportunity for growth is there but is not as easy as presented. Tenure DOES matter! The schedule is the worst most positions in the company are going to retire weekends and holidays. Holidays are supposed to be rotated throughout the department . It’s not. I was drafted every holiday Salary and raises were annual recently changed to semi annual at a lower percent.
