Pros

profit sharing once a year

Cons

workload, core metrics, customer surveys, pay, hours, phone auditing, workload, I read reviews about anxiety and depression don't ignore them. If you do go through the Interview process and get to the role playing that lasts an hour. Keep in mind that role play will be your job only more intense. If you get done and think wow that was the worst but hey the actual job must be better or get easier. No it isn't and it only gets harder
