Pros

Good starting pay, great benefits

Cons

Took hybrid remote down to only 1 day a week; their metrics were unattainable, and half of your "grade" was based on antiquated customer surveys and making sure the customer didn't call back within 15 days of their initial call. Rules changed every other week, and was not the company I originally agreed to work for.
