Excellent Training Good Starting Salary Management always willing to talk

Very high expectations Thrown to wolves after training Long Island Adj's need to work more than the specified work hours to stay on top of their work load AND if they tell their supervisors about it they get reprimanded for working more, seems like its a lose lose situation.

Great pay and perfect hours! If you do you job and provide excellent customer service you will get raises fast and often. The benefits are great and inexpensive. Opportunity for overtime during the busy season!

Cons

Customer service is big if you get bad surveys the will be on your back!
