Pros

There is some good management, but they were all getting fired when I left.

Cons

Upper management doesn't care about anything but making money anymore. When I started it was a great company to work for but the CEO left and the new CEO is so out of touch it's honestly hilarious if it wasn't so awful to the employees.

Pros

Pay is okay I guess

Cons

Ever since Todd was hired this place has gone into the toilet. Half of geico now works under amazon and the other half can barely handle the day to day. Expectations change hourly and you never know if you'll still have a job tomorrow. Been here for nearly a decade and it was great but then Todd Combs happened. Geico will never be the same.
