Pros

Annual raises. Was able to increase salary.

Cons

Their senior team are managers not leaders. They are morning focused on numbers than helping people develop to reach numbers. They destroyed a whole state of employees with something they promised weekly would never happen. So glad my teammates made it to better organizations for their careers where they don't have to speak like scripted bots.

Pros

pay, company car, ability to make own schedule, understanding supervisors. Helpful teammates really help you when supervisors are not available

Cons

understaffed, high turn over due to lack of training. Not great at beginning as you have to just figure it out.
