Pros

Decent Pay Remote Opportunities Available That’s it.

Cons

- No profit sharing - No pension - No transparency/communication - Training is abysmal - Low Morale and management is aware of this but haven’t done anything to improve this - Benefits have been cut (medical/dental plans have high deductibles) - Difficult to get raises as metrics are unnatainable - No integrity in their practices as Integrity has been removed from their operating principles - Massive layoffs but are hiring lower quality employees for less pay equaling unsatisfied customers and departments are resentful toward each other because maybe 1/5 employees are competent

Pros

Work schedule for Field is flexible

Cons

Field adjusters are being pushed out in favor of virtual, metrics are hunger games based instead of goal oriented bottom 10% if put on memos and given 60 days to improve or fired. ~100 employees at any given time are in the bottom 10%
