Pros

There isn’t any good things. It all goes downhill fast.

Cons

It started good, you believe all the good words and positivity. There is some really great people within the company but they are shadowed by the terrible management. They will have you compete for productivity and fire those who don’t make the cut. You get sick? To bad your gone because you didn’t meet your goal. You can’t answer the million calls you get and get your claims done. Bye they don’t care.
