Pros

Paycheck. That pretty much sums it up.

Cons

Overworked. You essentially must work off the clock to meet the promotion requirements currently.

Pros

If you’re lucky you’ll land in a good team, but you mostly work remote so it’ll be you and your supervisor. Good for job training Decent money

Cons

Huge culture change since 2019 (for the worse). Countless people with decades of experience jumping ship. Unfulfilled promises Revolving door of upper management & executives. Feeling of a ship without a rudder. Stopped promoting even after others quit. Cancelled bonuses, said they’ll replace it but mums the word.
