Pros

It’s a job and I enjoy my coworkers

Cons

Everything. The company has declined so much within the last three years. Increased workload with bare minimum pay. Micromanaging. They have been laying people off and firing left and right. Job security is a thing of the past. Our productivity as a whole has increased working from home, but they are forcing us back into the office. We have lost our profit sharing, which was a huge incentive for people to stay. The moral is at an all time low.
