Pros

This is a good place to get trained and gain experience.

Cons

Business model is to be understaffed in every department. Workloads are unrealistic. Management thinks the only solution is that employees are lazy and need to work harder. There is no work/life balance. Raises are horrible. Management overpromises and under delivers. Company continually adds to the number of functions an employee must complete everyday. You are constantly micromanaged. Adjusters regularly work vacation days and days off to get caught up on their work. You will never leave the office having completed all your work. Every morning you will have a pile of work that needs to be completed, but can not be completed in one day.
