Pros

Great pay. Good benefits. Paid training. Work-from-home. People who found the interview and training process hard or impossible are probably just not cut out for the job.

Cons

Haven’t found any yet. Other than the job is a bit stressful.

Decent job

Business Outlook

Pros

Good pay, decent amount of autonomy in scheduling and being able to be out on the road is nice for some, some managers supportive, not huge room for upward mobility unless you want to stay in claims

Cons

Unrealistic claim volume expectation, overly administrative back-end work, unrealistic & inconsistent negotiation practices
