Business Outlook
Pros
Steady paycheck that you can get use to. Profit Share is nice, but can depend on the business decisions of senior management and the impacts thereof. Lots of positions in low to middle management to fill with recent turnover.
Cons
Agents and adjusters in entry level positions are overworked and worn down. Employees are fed up and turnover is very high. Mental health concerns are high and impacts are big on employees. Employees feel so voiceless that they vent on Reddit while managers secretly whisper.
