Pros

They do a good job with training and getting you ready for the job. Most of the coworkers are insightful and are willing to help. Benefits are good

Cons

Unless you are in their MDP program, it is very difficult to get into management. Work-life balance is very difficult at the start and will have to self-discipline to not get burnt out.

Pros

Pay raises, profit sharing, team-oriented

Cons

Workload and constant changing of expectations to cut costs and severity. You have to move to take promotions depending upon where you live. Most opportunities lie within claims.
