Pros

10 week parental leave! (Moms and dads, new births or adoptions), raises (my salary is 1.5 where I started 3 years ago), profit sharing, decent insurance benefits, company car at a small cost, 7 weeks paid training (with overtime), mostly autonomous

Cons

workload can get heavy, customer service oriented (people hate insurance adjusters), the training is helpful for actually writing estimates but isn't quite how the real world works

Understaffed

Pros

Run your own schedule, ability to work semi-remote

Cons

Territories are too large for the number of employees, constantly adding additional requirements per claim, but not possible to maintain with the windshield time required.
