Pros

They have a great training program on the Eastern side of the US.

Cons

If you live on the western side of the US, your travel time to fly to and from their training center isn't compensated. And they won't tell you that upfront even if you ask. I have been employed with GEICO for almost a decade, and this is a horrible way to treat your employees.

Pros

Good pay and benefits and nice retirement plan

Cons

Unrealistic expectations from supervisors and management. The company no longer cares about its employees or customer service, it is all about what a report or survey says.
