Pros

The pay is good, you get a company car which can be a double edge sword.

Cons

Workload is unrealistic, have unrealistic standards for customer service. Expect you to not miss calls while driving and trying to do your actual job you get to a point where your phone rings every 5 mins.

Pros

Work vehicle, good benefits, flexibility

Cons

Awful management, you are overworked, even though your hours are 8-430 m-f, you really work longer than that. Too many people telling you different information on how to do your job, it’s like what’s the flavor of the month. One manager will tell you to do abc and the auditor will tell you, that’s incorrect and then a month later it’ll be the other way around.
