Pros

Great co-workers and supportive supervisors always willing to assist when needed. Freedom to work independently was nice when it was afforded you. Opportunities for continuing education can be plentiful. Corporate culture was also very positive and helpful.

Cons

Workload can be overwhelming and there are some process in place that put an undue burden on the adjusters that other insurance carriers and Independent Appraisal companies are doing better.
