Pros

It was great under the prior CEO, Tony Nicely as you felt valued as an associate back then.

Cons

Micromanaging, Lack of Support, Pitting everyone against each other with rankings system, elimination of profit sharing, work load unsustainable, lack of work life balance.

Pros

At the time I had great pay from working sales previously and great merit raises

Cons

Todd Combs was the worst CEO. The micromanaging was insane. Essentially have PTSD from the ridiculous metrics and the terrible culture.

You end up trauma bonded with your co-workers.

Cons

Where to begin? As a service agent be ready to be yelled at by customers every day & receive minimal support from your superiors. I have been called every name in the book by customers. Your calls are recorded & picked apart. Micromanagment is HEAVY here at geico.
