Pros

Working in the specialty service department i had a great experience. Servicing mainly rv & motorcycle calls my job wasn’t super high stress once I found my flow of getting through calls efficiently. I had an amazing trainer & supervisors that really wanted to see me succeed. I received my first raise right out of training meeting my metrics & would have received my second one if I didn’t have to relocate and leave my position. It’s all about mindset going into roles like these honestly! But my time there was great, don’t let other reviews deter you from applying!

Cons

None really, the only con is that i wasn’t able to take my position remote… also for schedules, coming into the role the hours may not be the best if you have a family.

Health Insurance. Time Off. Remote Work.

Cons

Upper Management. Pay is low. Moral is terrible. Over worked. Metric change in line with upper managements pockets. Expectations are not clear. No training. Learn on your own environment.
