I was doing 3 peoples job for the price of 1, and even then I was still getting underpaid for the 1. Profit sharing gone, salary isn't so competitive, ok benefits. pay just really sucks especially in this economy. Company keeps laying people off, and are now more money focused than every before

There is no work life balance. The metrics are constantly changing for the worse to make the job harder and goals harder to achieve. There is a lot of turn around and no support from upper management. It’s a toxic work environment and it wasn’t always this way until the new CEO took over. There is also no advancement opportunities within the company.
