I gave a good portion of my life to this sweat shop operation. They try and sell they're unrealistic expectations as "ways to save the customer money" or "the only way to keep the company moving forward". At the end of the day, this place only cares about one thing, how rich it can make Warren Buffet and his cronies. They try and sell this notion of it being a great place to develop. That's true if you're goal is to develop crippling anxiety, severe depression or to lose the will to live. I hope this place falls apart fully someday and someone takes over and rebrands to a place that cares about its workforce. Before Tony left it wasn't as bad, still bad but now under Todd Combs it is basically one continuous dumpster fire. For any management still left there that I worked with, I can't even fathom how you jerks sleep at night...
