Pros

My first assignment with the company lasted three years. I left on good terms to accept a teaching opportunity overseas. Throughout those two years away, I stayed in touch with management, who were always happy to hear from me and always reminded me they would love to have me back. So here I am! It's been almost another three years since that, and I am grateful to work with such a dedicated group of professionals. You will not find a more employee-focused management group anywhere.

Cons

I sincerely can't think of a single negative thing to say.

This company bends over backwards to support its employees when any issue arises. I got into a financial bind once, and the company even helped me with a loan that was paid off over a few months. I have neve worked for a company so nice, helpful, and there for their employees. I highly recommend GEM.

Cons

The company could use additional support in their Corporate Office with various HR, Insurance, and Employee assistance.
