      Pros

      My Boss - an exceptional one! Food - tons of free snacks and food all the time Training - GEODIS offers a lot of training and mentorship Culture- is amazing Leadership - is wonderful

      Cons

      Salary - very low Benefits - ok. I've had better in Tennessee Distance - no work life balance and I spent "several" hours on the road weekly. If working from home was an option, the time I spend on the road could be on the computer instead 2025 was not as successful of 2024

      Pros

      The fact that Geodis has a hybrid structure.

      Cons

      The Plano building is cockroach infested. They had issues for months trying to get this under control and could not. This is an extremely biased company. If you’re introverted or a person of color you will not fit well here. They pride themselves on team interactions, which is not terrible. However, the fact that you didn’t make it to the supervisor’s after hours bbq shouldn’t disqualify you from advancement. Very clickish and high school like.
