      Great Leadership, clear tasks, variety of projects, socially active in the community, fantastic and collaborative team, Standard Operating Procedures, fun and hard-working environment, Ability to recognize peers for exemplary work, consistent feedback, positive attitude and support, questions are encouraged.

      Cons

      The pay rate is below average for the type of company. There can occasionally be drama when people aren't following directions and doing things their own ways.

      Super easy work Easy to get hired Repetitive They'll train you in most other departments if you just ask. Management will actually come out of the floor and help you during busy seasons. I believe upper management WANTS to make this place great.

      Cons

      Drama Management plays favorites They make you think you'll be promoted. Don't believe it. There are other warehouses and shipping hubs within 5 miles that pay significantly more.
