Upper management has its favorites. They don't pay people enough for the amount of work that they put on their desk. They throw work at you that you've never done before and expect you to know how to do it. And expect you to know how to do it well. When you ask for help management ignores you. I strongly believe that they're trying to close this facility without telling anyone.

The organization operates in a high-pressure, revenue-driven environment with consistently demanding expectations. While performance standards are clearly emphasized, there is limited structural support, inconsistent leadership direction, and minimal investment in employee development or long-term growth. Compensation does not align with workload, revenue expectations, or the level of accountability required. High turnover and reactive management practices often created operational strain and burnout among team members. Leadership communication was inconsistent, and decisions frequently felt short-term rather than strategic.
