      Pros

      we receive bonus every quarter and if you do what you suppose to do is easy to get a promotion.

      Cons

      hourly employees don't get vacation only PTO (Personal time off), but you have to acumulate them. staring from 1.25 hr per week for the first 2 years and then jump to 2 hr per week

      Good salaries in some support departments and making effords to get new people on board.

      Cons

      Constant redundancies for over 2 years, very poor communication between managers and employees and between departments; old softwares and inefficient processes in different departments. Many employees either not able or not willing to their jobs; new starters leave within the firs 6-12months.
