      Pros

      Great company to learn about: operational excellence, process improvements, negotiation techniques and projects for customers. High compliance and quality standards. Focused on productivity and results.

      Cons

      Not focused on customer service development regarding to medium and small accounts. Not focused on profitable business regarding global accounts. The constant interest on productivity results affects the human resource performance and working conditions.

      Pros

      casual work environment; diverse employee pool; benefits begin very soon after employment; 401K match; PTO accumulates quickly; hard to come up with 20 words for pros.

      Cons

      sexist upper management; Good 'ole boys club- only promoted if you play the game well and pick the 'right team'; unpredictable work schedule so off early too much or too much OT- cyclic; facilities not climate controlled; employees often are ESL or no English at all; 20% temporary staffing; medical insurance very expensive; leadership mocks and belittles employees; massive turn over.

      Good team to work with and lead.

      Cons

      Poor wages. KPI blinkered. Not interested in improving and understanding constraints as long as we hit the target, No backbone as 3rd party service provider. Senior management terrible example to others.
