      Beware of reviews - A major merger resulting in loss of benefits, new and unprepared management team. Yet 4 stars?

      Pros

      Technically, you're employed. Many are moving on to different companies and everyone left at Geodis shares and insurmountable workload. Beware of vague reviews. They are trying to keep things looking good from the outside because many current employees are on their way out.

      Cons

      2017 - Deductibles have more then doubled to 2,100 min. for single health insurance. Max out of pocket more than doubled to 6,300 per year for individual. Longer work day. Loss of holidays and PTO days compared to before the merger. The company has decided in order to turn a profit the only option is to take from employees

      Pros

      Since the take over there have been some marginal positive moves for benefits. There's a lot of opportunity to expand your skills and work on different projects. The people are great to work with and the office is located in a great location.

      Cons

      Pay is below the market average. Sometimes the work outpaces the amount of people able to do it however, that a problem at a lot of companies. Employee retention is fairly poor
