Business Outlook
Pros
It's a decent work environment. I have mostly good workers, and the management is pretty solid. Overtime is a usually plentiful, and the chance for advancement is there as well.
Cons
Low Pay, and not a uniformly management at all OHL facilities. While the particular one i work in is solid, some of the others are not that great.
