Fast paced environment, always goals to achieve.

Cons

Not a lot of support from professional staff. Most senior level superviors lock themselves away in their offices inside the facilities and are never seen. Average hourly pay, long overnight hours.

Pros

On the whole a great bunch of people and a pleasant working environment. Backing of a huge parent company offering stability in difficult financial times.

Cons

Poor communication from Exec. Too much change with little perceived benefit. Weak MD who is letting good people leave the business to be replaced with inexperienced staff. Remuneration for long term employees is poor, new starters will be paid significantly more.
