      Very disorganized with no clear direction.

      Pros

      Some very nice people work there. Employees try to help each other since management seems uninterested in becoming involved in problems.

      Cons

      Management reacts to situations rather than be proactive. Management is not interested in knowing about problems until they become critical. Workload is unevenly distributed.

      A very significant number of good and smart people, unfortunately stifled by processes, company culture and management.

      Cons

      Success is not something the company strives to achieve, the only thing that matters to managers is to leave nothing written that could be linked to them and potentially become a liability. So no decisions are ever taken and the customer is completely forgotten. Therefore there is no strategy, no accountability and just politics to become the new boss in your area hindering cross-company cooperation. Productive employees are just left to decay. People hired from the outside are quickly reminded that winning business is not what is required and should adopt the culture of covering one's own a**.
