Not a single positive item to state. A sorry state

Looks like most of the reviews are very accurate, not much to add. The most negative experience of your lifetime. Management definitely has unethical practices , an abundance of leaders with no integrity. You can't hope but fail, even if you bring success, no recognizing contributions, hard work, or putting up and living permitting management behave with no integrity. Being in Operations is a joke, poor existance and the sales people are even in a worse position and leave. It is true the company is not competitive, knowledgable, creative, very poor teams, processes, IT or any care for people and definitely not customers. Very disrespectful... Gotta get out

No ideas, nothing good, nothing positive

Cons

There is no professionalism, bad company, Have seen many bad actions by managers and management. Deceitful to everyone. Liars, no integrity, not any justificying, no respect for employee and more not for customers either reckless and systems process very poor,, not at all competitive and no careers for anyone,,,, agree don't go to work for them at all

Everything and all their roofs only leaks when it rains Absent Leadership + Unethical you've been WARNED except for the old IBM people,, what a pity they're in this mess and organisation now A slaughter ground if you're a professional, check your experience and drive at the door,,, they foster failure, prey on and hope the find unintelligent customers, it's all a experiment, worst position to do is sales everyone agrees, you will not and can never have success, leave you out to dry and employees and customers are expendable. Company only strategy is called hope and just glad to be invited to anything and widely accept finishing last always. Totally uncompetitive and out classed by any of the top 100 logistics companies Business groupe's in real trouble: Groupge LtL in EU, is a disaster. Optimisation groupe is only one customer IBM a real problem that they paid the right to but didn't get any systems and they don't have any systems for new customers except if you want some in french that are whit escreens which are before green screens, and can't implement My god , and rates are not competitive at all and ancient IT systems Co totally disorganized and beyond belief slow at everything..except politics and communicate on nothing,,, your phone will never ring Competition has nothing to worry about and it's quite better if Geodis is competing, the best competitors clearly stand out then Only thing for certain is you can expect zero support from mgmt, and know response to your inquiries, and we are talking none zip nothing , believe it, honestly, even with lost & new customers
