      Job keeps me challenged. With the OHL merge challenges keep mounting

      Cons

      Poor upper OHL management skills, little communication with new upper management. Sadly most Geodis legacy employees have been laid off or resigning, there are very few left. Little balance between work and home life.

      Pros

      Company is not what it was proposed to be. Bill of goods sold to past IBM Employees advising them new positions would be rewarding and warehouse ops would be recognized.

      Cons

      It's a job! No future here.. Lucky if we last to the next contract signing with IBM

      Pros

      The most talented and experienced trench folks. All ex-IBMers prior to joining Geodis (unwillingly) and know the service parts logistics including reverse logistics like no other.

      Cons

      Management also are ex iBMers and have zero backbone. Sales force brought in NO new work in 4 years. Pathetic is an under statement. IBM says cut costs and they simply lay-off those not in the club just like they did when they were managing in IBM.
